new conditional use permit to continue any overage in the then current free standing sign size allotment. 2. The freestanding pylon sign may not exceed the 25 -foot height restriction. 3. The Permitte and its successors or assigns, herein forfeit all rights for wall signs, other than address numbers, as long as there is an overage in sign size in effect for the freestanding pylon sign on the Subject Property. 4. The installation of the ground sign on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from the City of Ramsey. 5. The sign shall be properly constructed and maintained in ac cordance with Section 9.12 (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. 6. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. 7. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 8. Any subsequent owner of the property has to reapply for a conditional use permit to continue to have overage in sign space on the property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember .� .iderson and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Hendriksen and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council 1111 this the 28''' day of August, 2001.
