new conditional use permit to continue any overage in the then current free standing sign size <br />allotment. <br />2. The freestanding pylon sign may not exceed the 25 -foot height restriction. <br />3. The Permitte and its successors or assigns, herein forfeit all rights for wall signs, other than <br />address numbers, as long as there is an overage in sign size in effect for the freestanding <br />pylon sign on the Subject Property. <br />4. The installation of the ground sign on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />5. The sign shall be properly constructed and maintained in ac cordance with Section 9.12 <br />(Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. <br />6. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. <br />7. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />8.
