Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired as to the average wage that is paid by Systematic <br />Refi'igeration. <br /> <br />Mr. Mulrooney replied that the average wage is $14.00 per hour, explaining that the company <br />employs a lot of engineers and production workers. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to adopt <br />Resolution #99-12-222 approving the application to the Department of Trade and Economic <br />Development for funding for Systematic Refrigeration, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Amendments to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment <br />Financing District Nos. 1,2,4,5, and 6, within Municipal Development District <br />No. I <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:17 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:17 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund stated that Staff has been working with the firm of Springsted, Inc. to <br />prepare modifications to the TIF plans for TIF Districts Nos. 1,2,4,5, and 6 within Development <br />District 1.
