1613'1'13 <br />Chairperson Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -09 -322 <br />OCT 0 3 ?001 <br />BY, <br />614 .3'd a5 t _6e614- -( <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Kelly Hemp ( "Permittees ") have properly applied for a variance from <br />minimum street frontage or lot width requirements in order to construct a dwelling on the <br />property legally described as follows: <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the east 528.00 feet of the north 659.64 feet thereof <br />as measured along the north line and east lines thereof, and EXCEPT the west 330.00 feet <br />thereof as measure along said north line. <br />Together with an ingress and egress easement over and across the west 66.00 feet of the <br />east 528.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4 and <br />the north 50.00 feet of the west 66.00 feet of the east 528.00 feet of the said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on September 4, 2001, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0572, a variance from minimum street frontage and lot width <br />requirements to construct a dwelling on the Subject Property is hereby granted contingent <br />upon the Permittees providing the City with verification that a private easement for access <br />purposes to County Road No. 64 has been granted and recorded at Anoka County property <br />records. <br />2. This variance shall automatically expire if it . is not initiated by September 4, 2002, and <br />application for building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permttee may petition for an <br />extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in <br />writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br />3. The Subject Property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and related <br />accessory structures in accordance with City Code and no further building permits for <br />additional residential structures will be issued until such time as the Subject Property is <br />
