The Permittees shall make a reasonable effort to locate the residential structure and any <br />accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property so as not to interfere with the orderly <br />resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and by accepting this <br />variance acknowledge that not doing so may adversely impact the ability of the Subject <br />property to be subdivided in the future. <br />5. The Permittees shall assist the fee owner of the existing driveway in maintaining the <br />driveway in a manner that will facilitate access by emergency vehicles, and this shall include <br />a minimum of a 12 foot wide Class 5 surface and maintaining a tree and vegetation clearance <br />of at least 5 feet on either side of the driveway. <br />6. The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder . <br />7.
