• <br />6. That the accessory structure shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with <br />all applicable Uniform Building Codes. <br />7. That the construction of the new accessory building shall meet all applicable setbacks. <br />8. The Permittee herein agrees that a business will not be operated in any of the accessory <br />structure unless it is in accordance with City Code. <br />9. That the Permittee herein agrees that there will not be any further outside storage of <br />commercial vehicles, commercial equipment, private use vehicles and private use equipment <br />on the Subject Property, with the exception of parking vehicles and equipment on the paved <br />driveway to the principal structure in accordance with City Code. <br />10. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms herein are complied with. <br />11. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />12. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 11t day of September, 2001. <br />RESOLUTION #01 -09 -330 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
