Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -09 -360 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0574 RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FROM BRADLEY WOLF FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SQUARE FOOTAGE <br />RESTRICTIONS ALLOWED ON APPROXIMATELY 53 ACRES. <br />WHEREAS, Bradley Wolf, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the maximum square footage restrictions <br />established in City Code on the property generally known as 6421 Green Valley Road and <br />legally described as follows: <br />Parcel 1: All that part of the East One -Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at <br />the Southwest corner of said East One -Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 89 <br />degrees 46 minutes 24 seconds East (assumed bearing) along the South line of said East <br />One -Half of the Northeast Quarter to the West line of the East 658.05 feet of the West 60 <br />acres of said East One -Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 0 degrees 50 minutes <br />22 seconds East along said West line of the East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of said <br />East One -Half of the Northeast Quarter for a distance of 817.76 feet, said point being the <br />actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence North 34 degrees 21 <br />minutes 17 seconds West for a distance of 146.64 feet; thence North 21 degrees 29 <br />minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of 111.06 feet; thence South 88 degrees 06 <br />minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of 202.11 feet to the West line of said East One- <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence Northerly along said West line, to the Northwest <br />corner of said East One -Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence Easterly along the North <br />line of said East One -Half of the Northeast Quarter to the West line of the East 658.05 <br />feet of the West 60 acres of said East One -Half of the Northeast Quarter, thence South to <br />the point of beginning. <br />Parcel 2: The East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of the East Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter, Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />Our File No.: 91 -5215 <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br />1. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on September 4, 2001, and that said public <br />hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated by reference. <br />2. That the Subject Property is approximately 53 acres in size. <br />
