• <br />3. That City Code allows 5,664 square feet of accessory structure space on a 53 -acre parcel. <br />4. That the Applicant currently maintains 6,454 square feet of accessory structures on the <br />Subject Property which exceeds City Code restrictions by 790 square feet. <br />5. That an existing 2,470 square foot (38'x 65') accessory structure is deteriorating and needs to <br />be replaced. <br />6. That the Applicant is proposing to construct a new 3,840 square foot (40' x 96') accessory <br />structure on the property to replace the existing deteriorating building. <br />7. That the Applicant is proposing to maintain 7,824 square feet of accessory structure space on <br />the Subject Property with the construction of the new 40' x 96' accessory structure. The <br />Subject Property will exceed City Code accessory structure restrictions by 2,160 square feet <br />8. That the newly constructed detached accessory structure will be utilized for the Applicant's <br />personal storage needs and agricultural purposes, and will also include some storage of <br />agricultural equipment and supplies for Green Valley Green House located across the street <br />from the Subject Property. <br />9. That the 3,840 square foot accessory structure is subject to the City of Ramsey building <br />permit review process due to potential that person's other than the Permittee may access the <br />contents inside the structure. <br />10. That the construction of the new detached accessory building will comply with all applicable <br />Uniform Building Codes. <br />11. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br />12. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br />13. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. <br />14. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. <br />15.
