13. That the special conditions causing the undue hardship, restrictions based on fire suppression <br />reach capabilities, do not result from the actions of the Applicant. <br />14. That if granted, the variance will not grant special privilege that is denied to other owners of <br />lands, structures or buildings within the City. <br />15. That if granted, the variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br />property. <br />16. That if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the Ramsey <br />Zoning Chapter or other property in the area. <br />17. That if granted, the variance will not endanger public safety. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 23` day of October, 2001. <br />RESOLUTION #01 -10 -398 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
