Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-065 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br /> OF "COR FIVE" <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. The City of Ramsey has properly applied for minor plat approval on the property legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Outlot C, AFFINITY AT THE COR <br /> Outlots J, K, N and O, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION <br /> AND <br /> That part of West Ramsey Parkway, as dedicated and delineated on RAMSEY TOWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br /> lying east of the easterly Right of Way line of Zeolite Street Northwest as dedicated and <br /> delineated on said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION and lying west of the northerly <br /> extension of the east line of Outlot C, AFFINITY AT THE COR, according to the recorded <br /> plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> AND <br /> All that part of Town Center Drive as dedicated and delineated on said RAMSEY TOWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> AND <br /> That part of West Town Center Drive as dedicated and delineated on said RAMSEY <br /> TOWN CENTER ADDITION, lying north of the northerly right of way line of West <br /> Ramsey Parkway as dedicated and delineated on said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br /> ADDITION. <br /> AND <br /> That part of East Town Center Drive as dedicated and delineated on said RAMSEY TOWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, lying west of the northerly extension of the east line of Outlot O, <br /> said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION. <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> 2. That the City of Ramsey is the fee owner of the Subject Property with the intent to combine <br /> and rearrange the property lines of five parcels to create three new parcels. <br />
