That the City Council reviewed the Minor Final Plat on March 12, 2024, pursuant to <br /> Section 117-589 of City Code. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the final plat of "COR Five" and <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the plat. Recording of this plat must be <br /> preceded by recording of resolutions vacating street rights-of-way and drainage and utility <br /> easements. <br />
