5. 14. <br /> CC Regular Session <br /> Meeting Date: 03/12/2024 <br /> Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Address infrastructure needs. <br /> Information <br /> Title <br /> Adopt Resolution#24-075 Approving a Vacation of Road Rights-of-Way in Ramsey Town Center, Replacing <br /> Resolution#24-010. <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> On January 23, 2024, the City Council held a public hearing and subsequently adopted Resolution#24-010 <br /> vacating street rights-of-way in the plat of Ramsey Town Center. The resolution was conditioned upon <br /> subsequently recording the plat of COR Five(also on tonight's agenda). The Anoka County Property Records & <br /> Taxation Division rejected the recording of this resolution due to that condition where the plat is not yet <br /> available. A vacation resolution needs to be recorded well before the plat in order to have the County Title <br /> Examiner prepare a directive for the proposed legal descriptions in the plat. The County also requested some <br /> formatting changes. The proposed Resolution#24-075 is essentially the same resolution without that condition, as <br /> well as formatted differently. <br /> Notification: <br /> The notification was provided for the January 23, 2024,public hearing in the typical format.
