Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-075 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF ROAD RIGHTS-OF-WAY <br /> IN RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey is requesting a vacation of various road rights-of-way adjacent <br /> to properties it owns platted within: <br /> Ramsey Town Center, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of those portions of right-of-way being vacated are: <br /> As Described on Exhibit 1: <br /> That part of West Ramsey Parkway, as dedicated and delineated on RAMSEY TOWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br /> lying east of the easterly Right of Way line of Zeolite Street Northwest as dedicated and <br /> delineated on said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION and lying west of the northerly <br /> extension of the east line of Outlot C,AFFINITY AT THE COR,according to the recorded <br /> plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> AND <br /> All that part of Town Center Drive as dedicated and delineated on said RAMSEY TOWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> AND <br /> That part of West Town Center Drive as dedicated and delineated on said RAMSEY <br /> TOWN CENTER ADDITION, lying north of the northerly right of way line of West <br /> Ramsey Parkway as dedicated and delineated on said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br /> ADDITION. <br /> AND <br /> That part of East Town Center Drive as dedicated and delineated on said RAMSEY TOWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, lying west of the northerly extension of the east line of Outlot O, <br /> said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION. <br /> As Described on Exhibit 2: <br /> That part of East Town Center Drive, as dedicated and delineated on RAMSEY TOWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br /> lying easterly and northerly of the following described line: <br />
