Beginning at the southeast corner of Outlot N, said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br /> ADDITION;thence South 00 degrees 01 minutes 11 seconds West,assumed bearing along <br /> the southerly extension of the east line of said Outlot N, a distance of 77.59 feet; thence <br /> 17.25 feet along a non-tangential curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of <br /> 330.00 feet, a central angle of 02 degrees 59 minutes 44 seconds, and a chord bearing of <br /> South 33 degrees 34 minutes 09 seconds East to the westerly extension of the south line of <br /> Outlot B, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 7TH ADDITION, according to the recorded plat <br /> thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds East, <br /> along said westerly extension,a distance of 44.85 feet to the southwest corner of said Outlot <br /> B and said line there terminating. <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to Section 106-260 (Easement Vacation) of the Ramsey <br /> City Code and Section 12.6 of the City Charter was held on January 23, 2024, and that said public hearing <br /> was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are available; <br /> WHEREAS, Lumen and Comcast provided notice that those companies have utilities in portions <br /> of the street rights-of-way; <br /> WHEREAS,the intent of the vacating of road rights-of-way will facilitate a replat and realignment <br /> of these roadways. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. That the easement vacation will not violate the intent and purpose of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2. That the easement vacation is necessary to accomplish the City's intended purpose of roadway <br /> reconstruction and realignment. <br /> 3. That the City will work with the utility companies in the plans for reconstructing roadways. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of vacating the road rights-of-way, as described <br /> above and shown on Exhibits 1 and 2. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-075 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
