CC Regular Session 6. 1. <br /> Meeting Date: 03/12/2024 <br /> By: Todd Larson, Community Development <br /> Information <br /> Title: <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-Adopt Resolution#24-062 Vacating Various Easements in Ramsey Town Center. <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> This request is related to the roadway vacations the City Council approved on January 23. Three platted drainage <br /> and utility easements encumber portions of property that will be replatted with the plat of COR Five, also on <br /> tonight's agenda. The easements are currently not used with any City infrastructure. <br /> Notification: <br /> A public hearing was posted in the February 12, 2024,Anoka Union Herald Newspaper.
