PHS applies for a Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment to shift density consolidating on the south side of the parcel away from the valley, the <br />north and west sides of the site as well as getting to 460 proposed units. <br />Site Plan and Preliminary Plat <br />Presbyterian Homes and Services applies for a Site Plan Review pursuant to Section 225 in the Ramsey <br />City Code as an application for both a multiple family dwelling and a townhome dwelling. This application <br />proposes to have a residential use as the principal use in the PUD with the religious use as an additional <br />conforming use. The proposed site plan is separately attached.
