This payment is contingent upon a written agreement by <br /> the employee to continue to work for the City for at least one(1)year following the attainment of <br /> the Commercial Driver's License.In the event the employee does not stay.eyed with the CitX <br /> for at least one(1)year,the employee must agree to reimburse the City for the full amount paid for <br /> the licensure.
