The 2006
schedule needs to be amended as follows:
· The first amendment is in relation to the DNR yearly water appropriation fee and the
summer surcharge the DNR charges to the City for excessive water usage in the City in
the months of June, July and August. The rates proposed are a measure to increase
conservation consumption in the City during these peak periods.
· The second amendment is in relation to field fees when used by youth teams.
· The third amendment is a $25 administrative fee to process refund of building permits.

Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to introduce an
ordinance amending Ordinance #05-29 amending the 2006 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges
and calling for a Public Hearing on June 27, 2006.

Further discussion: Mayor Gamec commented he had previously questioned what other cities
were charging in regards to fields.
