He shared the low bid from North Valley, Inc. in the <br /> amount of$1,562,549.03. <br /> Councilmember Musgrove asked about the benefit of having Basalt Street completed with this <br /> project. <br /> City Engineer/Public Works Director Westby explained that the City has just over two miles of <br /> gravel roads left in their road system.
