BASIS OF PAYMENT: Mobilization — Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis for the mobilization of equipment. 6" Ductile Iron Pipe Class 53 Watermain — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of DIP watermain. Excavation for watermain is incidental to the DIP Watermain pay item. Installation of ductile iron fittings, including but not limited to all bends, restraints, caps are incidental. Salvage & Install Hydrant — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required to salvage and installation of hydrants to the location shown on the exhibit. Gate Valve & Box — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for installing gate valves and box, based upon size. Sanitary Sewer Pipe — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of PVC sanitary sewer based upon size and type. Excavation as required to install the sanitary sewer is incidental to the pay item, except within drain field, which shall be paid by the excavate and dispose pay item. 4 " Sanitary Cleanout — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation and connection of sanitary sewer cleanout. Final heights adjustments to grade are incidental to the pay item. 8 "x4 " Sanitary Sewer Reducer — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for connection to the existing sanitary sewer line with an 8"x4" PVC reducer. Clean and Remove Concrete Septic Tank — Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs to cleanout and remove concrete septic tank. Excavate and Dispose Drain Field Material — Payment shall be made on a per cubic foot basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required to excavate, load, haul and properly dispose of excavated drain field material. Backfill of excavated material with clean fill is incidental to the pay item. Irrigation Repair — Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis as compensation for restoring irrigation components damaged as a result of construction. Restoration — Payment shall be made on a per acre basis as compensation for restoring the excavation area with a minimum of 4" topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and hydro -mulch. Seed mix shall meet MnDOT seed mixture 25-151. Other Items — The cost of any additional equipment, labor, materials, tools and supplies which have not been specifically identified in this section for payment, but are required to complete the project per the plans and specifications shall be considered incidental to the project.
