Budget Impact: Approximately $50,000 was budgeted in the Park& Pathway <br /> Fund for trail maintenance in 2020. The contractor's proposal is for crack filling, <br /> infrared patching and installation of micro-surfacing product for a sum of <br /> $38,000. The remaining pathway budget of$12,000 will be used to purchase <br /> asphalt needed to complete an overlay with public works staff. <br /> A2. Staff Workload Impact: Department staff time will be utilized to manage the <br /> project and pedestrian traffic control. <br /> B. ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS <br /> 1. Motion to accept quote from MP Asphalt Contractors, Inc. for pathway micro- <br /> surfacing improvements in the Groveland Development for a total project cost of <br /> $3 8,000, and to authorize staff to utilize the remaining $12,000 to purchase asphalt <br /> needed for an overlay. <br /> 2.
