6. 14. <br /> CC Regular Session New <br /> Meeting Date: 07/23/2024 <br /> Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br /> Title: <br /> Adopt Resolution#24-199 Approving the Development Agreement for Skyline on Sunwood. <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> On July 9,the City Council approved the site plan and plat for Skyline on Sunwood, a mixed use building with <br /> 133 rental units and 13,776 square feet of retail space. Approval of a development agreement is a requirement of <br /> the development process. The proposed development agreement is similar to agreements for other projects with <br /> the addition of an allowance to use the adjacent parking lanes of the streets bordering the site for <br /> construction-related activities. <br /> Notification: <br /> None required. <br /> Funding Source: <br /> All costs associated with this project are the responsibility of the applicant, PSD, LLC.
