Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#24-199 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR SKYLINE ON SUNWOOD <br /> WHEREAS,PSD,LLC,hereinafter referred to as the"Developer",has properly applied for <br /> Site Plan and Final Plat approval for Skyline on Sunwood,located on the property legally described <br /> as Lot 1, Block 1, Skyline on Sunwood, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the Subject Property is zoned COR,which is a mixed-use zoning designation <br /> and guided as such in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed development is a mixed-use building containing 133 residential <br /> units, 13,776 square feet of retail space, site amenities, and on-site parking; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan and Minor Plat at their <br /> regular meeting on June 27, 2024, and recommended approval of both; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council reviewed and approved the Site Plan and Minor Plat on July 9, <br /> 2024, conditioned upon approval and signing of a development agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed development agreement is standard in nature and agreed upon <br /> by the Developer. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Skyline on <br /> Sunwood and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the document. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br />
