The following items are related to this change order: <br />1. 20" HDD across Ramsey Blvd at 143rd St. is being eliminated from the project. <br />2. The project will now bring the 20" open cut up to the Eastern ROW line of Ramsey Blvd where the 20" <br />butterfly valve will be installed for testing prior to Ramsey Gateway connection with their project in Spring <br />2025. <br />3. Increase in Class 5 item is intended to pay for common excavation, subgrade prep and salvage & placement <br />of reclaimed material. <br />4.
