11. <br /> <br />That the hardship is that the subject parcels front on a dedicated cul-de-sac that will be <br />improved as a through street, a condition which is not applicable to other parcels in the <br />same district or plat, and that the variance is necessary for consistency in developing the <br />lots in Windemere Woods. <br /> <br />12. That the variance requested is the minimum necessary to alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That if granted, the proposed variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That if granted, the proposed variance will not unreasonably increase the congestion in the <br />public street. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That if granted, the proposed variance will not adversely impact the degree of public health, <br />safety and general welfare provided for in the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That if granted, the proposed variance will not unreasonably diminish established property <br />values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the unique circumstances on the subject property do not result from the actions of the <br />Applicant. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is denied <br />to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Deemer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner David Bawden <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared <br />Adjustment this the 2nd day of June, 1992. <br /> <br />~'~Cit~, .~in~strator <br /> <br />duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Board of <br /> Cfiairpers/~ <br /> <br /> <br />
