That the variance requested is the minimum variance which would alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the such variance is necessary for the preservation of a substantial property right <br />similar to that possessed by other properties in the R-1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is denied <br />to other owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R-1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not substantially increase the congestion of public streets, <br />or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair <br />property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />That the proposed accessory structures will not be located closer to the front property line <br />that principal structures on adjacent properties. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Bawden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Paul Hollad <br />Commissioner David Bawden <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 23rd <br />day of August, 1992. <br /> <br />Ci~y'~Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
