<br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVENWICK

<br /> WHEREAS, Faye Construction Company and Max Schwartzman and Sons, Inc.,
<br />hereafter referred to as "Developers", have properly applied for final plat approval on the following
<br />described property located in the City of Ramsey:

<br />That part of Lots 8, 9, 10, 13 and 14, Auditor's Subdivision No. 31, Anoka
<br />County, Minnesota, described as follows:

<br />Commencing at the intersection of the west line of Section 34, Township 32, Range
<br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota, with the southerly line of Minnesota Department of
<br />Transportation Monumentation Plat 02-M5; thence southeasterly on an assumed
