tangential curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 360.00 feet and a central angle of 65 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds, said curve being tangent to the southerly extension of said east line of the west 511.50 feet; thence north 65 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds west parallel with said southerly line of Minnesota Department of Transportation Monumentation Plat 02-M5 a distance of 331.20 feet to a point on said west line of Section 34; thence north 0 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds west along said west line 351.87 feet to the point of beginning. And, that part of Government Lot 3, Section 33, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east line of Section 33, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota with the southerly line of Minnesota Department of Transportation Monumentation Plat 02-M4; thence southerly on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds East, along said east line of Section 33, a distance of 351.87 feet; thence North 65 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 43.98 feet, parallel with said southerly line of Minnesota Department of Transportation Monumentation Plat 02-M4, to the intersection with the west line of the east 33.00 feet of said Section 33; thence North 0 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds West, along said west line of the east 33 feet of Section 33, a distance of 351.87 feet to the intersection with said southerly line of Minnesota Department of Transportation Monumentation Plat 02-M4; thence South 65 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds East, along said southerly line, a distance of 43.98 feet to the point of beginning. AND WHEREAS, on October 2, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan for Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick); and WHEREAS, on March 5, 1991 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick) and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on April 23, 1991 and approved the preliminary plat for Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick); and WHEREAS, on June 9, 1992 the Ramsey City Council granted a one year extension to the approved preliminary plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Rivenwick.
