Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #92-11-290 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0327 RELATING TO A <br /> REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN OUTDOOR <br /> DISPLAY/SALES AREA IN THE Bo3 BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Dalles R.V. World, Inc. for a <br />conditional use permit to establish an outdoor display/sales area in the B-3 Business District at <br />7103 Hwy. #10 N.W. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the findings of fact relating to <br />the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />That Dalles R.V. World, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant", properly applied <br />for a conditional use permit to have an outdoor display/sales area for a recreational <br />equipment sales lot. <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public <br />hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on November 5, 1992 and <br />that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing <br />are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the subject property is generally known as 7103 Hwy. #10 N.W. and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 27, Township <br />32, Range 25 and of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 34, <br />Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the northeasterly right-of-way boundary line of Trunk Highway <br />No. 10, as shown on Minnesota Department Of Transportation Monumentation Plat 02- <br />M5, filed as Anoka County Recorder Document No. 541042, distant 710.23 feet <br />southeasterly from the intersection of said northeasterly highway right-of-way boundary <br />line with the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27; <br />thence on an assumed bearing of South 65 degrees 22 minutes 49 seconds East, along <br />northeasterly highway right-of-way boundary line, a distance of 33.01 feet; thence on a <br />bearing of North, parallel with the west line of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 27 and its southerly extension, a distance of 355.61 feet to the southerly <br />railroad right-of-way line of Burlington Northern Railroad Company; thence North 66 <br />degrees 11 minutes 34 seconds West, along said railroad right-of-way line, a distance of <br />143.37 feet; thence on a bearing of South a distance of 205.79 feet; thence South 65 <br />degrees 22 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of 111.28 feet; thence on a bearing of South <br />a distance of 147.58 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Kovar Addition. The west line of the above described land is marked by <br />judicial landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. T-2698. <br /> <br />4. That the subject property is approximately 1.5 acres in size. <br /> <br /> <br />
