That the ~'ity received a letter from Connie Mortenson of 15779 Okapi Street N.W. dated Sept; nbeff 7, 1993, stating concern with the maintenance of a horse on the Applicant's prol~ ty and requesting that consideration be given to requiting a manure removal plan and sc re.~! ingI 17. That~t he ~pplicant submitted a petition dated August 16, 1993, signed by sixteen (16) area resi~ents~:including Connie Mortenson, stating support of the Applicant's request to maint~ ~ l~ horse on the subject property. ~ .[ 18. That ( 3tY~f Ramscy Horse Care Board member Dorothy Breu visited the subject property on 891 ~teraber 21, 1993 and reported that there were no accummulations of manure on the propel ty, .~at tree seedlings had been planted along the common property line to Connie Mo~¢nsott, and that the pasture fence line had been relocated further away from the MorSe nsofi property line. 19. Thah ~no. nl~gative comments were received by the Planning and Zoning Commission at the publi~h~g held on October 5, 1993.
