(Notej The cost of producing a billing statement includes all costs associated with a billing cycle including mailing, responding to customer billing questions, sending revenues to the City, ~ete. AEC considers postage a fixed cost in providing the services. Any increase in the cost of postage will be directly passed to the City, increasing the cost of the basic billing service for only the non AEC members.) That the City Attorney is hereby directed to reveiw the agreement, drafted by AEC, and incorporating all of the above options.
