Board Member Thorud introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-03-052 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Benjamin Deemer has properly applied for a variance to construct an <br />accessory structure that will be nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the <br />property generally known as 14501 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the North Three Quarters of North Half of Northwest Quarter of <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, distant 165 feet South of the Northwest <br />comer thereof; thence East and parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter <br />of Northwest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet; thence South at right angles a <br />distance of 165 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter <br />of Northwest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet, more or less, to the East line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence South along said East line a <br />distance of 1.65 feet, more or less, to the South line of the North Three Quarters of <br />North Half of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence West along said <br />South line to a point on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest <br />Quarter, distant 496.38 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence North <br />along said West line to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on March 17, 1994, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request to construct an accessory structure <br />nearer the fron~ t property line than the principal structure. <br /> <br /> NoW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0356, a variance to construct a 30' x 50' accessory structure <br />that will be nearer the front property line than the principal structure is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The aCcessory structure shall maintain a minimum distance of two hundred (200) feet from <br />the property line adjacent to C.S.A.H. #57 (Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W.). <br /> <br />3. This variance shall not apply to any future structure(s) placed on the property. <br /> <br />4. The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br /> construction. <br /> <br />The property owner herein agrees that no commercial activity shall be conducted from the <br />accessory structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
