o <br /> <br />The property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Vice-Chairperson Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Bradley Thomd <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Terry Hendriksen <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Board Member Ben Deemer <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Board Member David Bawden <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />17th day of March, 1994. <br /> <br />B.
