Coun¢ilmember Zimmerman moved for the adoption of the following findings of fact: RESOLUTION #94-06-125 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0363 RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY OFFICE STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 6300 INDUSTRY AVENUE N.W. WHEREAS, Listul Industries, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for an Interim Use Permit for placement of a temporary office structure to on the property generally known as 6300 Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 30, except the west 169.41 feet thereof, also except road subject to easement of record. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 4 That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on June 6, 1994 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. That the subject property is located in the Industrial District and is approximately 3.8 acres in size. That the Applicant is proposing to place a 10' x 50' portable office structure on the subject property. That the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the temporary structure is to provide additional office space on the subject property until a new facility to house Listul Industries can be constructed in the City. That utilization of temporary structures is not a permitted use in any zone in the City of Ramsey. That the Applicant has stated that the temporary structure will be kept on the subject property for approximately one year to allow sufficient time to construct a larger facility in Ramsey. That the properties to the south, west and east are also zoned Industrial and the property to the north is proposed to be rezoned to R-1 Urban Residential, R-3 Urban Residential and B-1 Business. That the proposed temporary structure has already been located on the site. That the proposed temporary structure will increase traffic to or from the subject property.
