10. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental <br />to persons residing or working in the area. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not impair the use of surrounding <br />properties. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will be maintained so as to be appropriate in <br />appearance with the character of the general area. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not be hazardous or disturbing to <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will be adequately served by essential public <br />facilities and services. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City COuncil this 14th day of June, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
