Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for. its adoption: PROPOSED RESOLUTION #94-07-147 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, City Wide Garage Door COmpany, Inc. has properly applied for an interim use permit for a temporary structure for the purposes of temporarily replacing fke damaged office · space on the'property generally known as 6845 Highway #i0 N.W. and legally described as follows: .. That part of the East Half (E/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section 34, Township 32, Range 25,' Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of U.S. Highways No. 10-52 and Southerly of Burlington Northern Inc. right-of-way, now known as Lot Three (3), Auditor's Subdivision No. 31, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Three (3), thence Southeasterly along the Southerly line of said Lot Three (3) a distance of 450 feet; thence North and parallel with the West line of said Lot Three (3) a distance of 385.04 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of said Lot Three (3) of the Southerly right-of-way line of said Burlington Northern Inc; thence Northwesterly along said Northerly line of Lot Three (3) a distance of 447.09 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot Three (3); thence South along the West line of said Lot Three (3) a distance of 378.06 feet, more or less, to .the point of beginning, together with business access easements over the following described tracts: . .
