WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July 5, 1994, conducted the public hearing and r~ommended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Based on Findings of Fact #0365, an interim use permit for a temporary structure is hereby granted to City Wide Garage Door Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 6845 Highway #10 N.W. This permit shall terminate on June 15, 1995 The Permit holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this interim use permit. ~aid expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City and failure to pay the City s expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the t2ity to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. Furthermore, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration date of!his permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain alminimum balance of $500.00 in the applica[ion escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary structur~ has been removed from the property. The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at ari~, time upon reasonable request. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CoUncilmember Beyer and upon:vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor james Gilbenson CounciImember Glen Hardin Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman Councilmember Sheila Beyer Councilmember Kenneth Peterson . and the following voted against: None and the following abstained: None and the following .were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of July, 1994..
