WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July 5, 1994, conducted the public <br />hearing and r~ommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0365, an interim use permit for a temporary structure is hereby <br />granted to City Wide Garage Door Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permit <br />Holder", at 6845 Highway #10 N.W. <br /> <br />This permit shall terminate on June 15, 1995 <br /> <br />The Permit holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this interim use permit. ~aid expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by <br />the City and failure to pay the City s expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit <br />the t2ity to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br />Furthermore, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration <br />date of!his permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain alminimum balance of $500.00 in the <br />applica[ion escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary <br />structur~ has been removed from the property. <br /> <br />The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at ari~, time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CoUncilmember <br />Beyer and upon:vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor james Gilbenson <br /> CounciImember Glen Hardin <br /> Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> Councilmember Kenneth Peterson . <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following .were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th <br />day of July, 1994.. <br /> <br /> <br />
