19. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses and the rural <br />residential character of the neighborhood because of the size and number of vehicles and <br />equipment involved, and the type of traffic and noise generated by said vehicles and <br />equipment. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be a substantial improvement to the property in the <br />immediate vicinity and to the community as a whole. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public costs for <br />publio facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />That as proposed, the proposed use will involve the use of vehicles and equipment that will <br />be detrimental to the serenity and peacefulness of the residential neighborhood by reason of <br />production of traffic, noise and adverse visual impact resulting from the number of large, <br />commercial vehicles and equipment involved with the use. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be consistent with the intent and purposes of Section <br />9.03.04 (Conditional Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />That the Applicant's attorney has stated that employees do come and go from the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gilbertson <br />and upon vote'being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Counci'lmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of August, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
