WHEREAS, sewer and water capacity (is/is not) adequate to service the proposed <br />development and existing residents (shall/shall not) be assessed for any necessary improvements; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property (does/does not) preserve any significant greenway or <br />open space areas; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there (is/is not) sufficient sewer and water capacity to service the proposed <br />development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that the Subject Property is located south of Trott Brook. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby determines that the Applicant's request complies with the <br /> Interim Policy For Land Use Changes and approves the request for a land use designation <br /> change of the three northern, unplatted parcels from Low Density Residential to Medium <br /> Density Residential. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby determines that the Applicant's request does not comply <br /> with the Interim Policy for Land Use Changes for Lot 3, Block 1 Haubrich Addition, and denies <br /> the request for a comprehensive plan amendment to change land use from Low Density <br /> Residential to Medium Density Residential <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary <br />documentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2001 Comprehensive Plan to <br />change the land use designation to medium density residential. <br /> <br />4) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of <br /> notification of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of ,2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />102 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06- <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
