The current rate for trunk sewer is $1,137.00 per unit; the current <br />rate for trunk water is $1,925.00 per unit. The plat will be subject to sanitary sewer lateral <br />charges. The current rate is $3,417 per unit. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval <br />will be utilized. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for the new lots <br />being created. The current rate is $397.00 per unit. The rote in effect at the time of final plat <br />approval will be utilized. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commi.ssion will be meeting at 7:00 PM ~n Monday, July 10, 2006, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station No. 1 located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your requests for <br />preliminary plat review, comprehensive plan amendment, rezoning, and a variance to dead-end <br />street length.
