He noted theaters are included in the permitted uses, but this may not want to be <br />encouraged in this area as well as the Town Center area. This area should be complimentary to Town Center. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Van Scoy stated it is a perception that this area fits with Town Center, but it is not <br /> in writing. If this area will be complimentary to Town Center it should be stated.
