He questioned if a public utility building, which is also listed as a permitted use, will be desirable in this area. Associate Planner Geisler replied a public utility structure could include a small well house, and they may not want to totally eliminate this in the permitted uses. This area should be complimentary to Town Center. Commissioner Van Scoy stated it is a perception that this area fits with Town Center, but it is not in writing. If this area will be complimentary to Town Center it should be stated.
