Contact Amy Geisler at (763) 433-9903 if you have any questions. <br /> <br />Ramsey Crossings: On .rune 13, 2006, the City Council selected Robert Muir Company to be <br />the Master Developer for the Ramsey Crossings project. City Staff is currently negotiating an <br />Exclusive Rights Agreement that will define roles and responsibilities, specific performance <br />requirements of Robert Muir Company, further refinement of their plan of finance and a detailed <br />schedule. This agreement is expected to be ratified by the City Council in August. Once the <br />Exclusive Rights Agreement is entered into, Robert Muir will begin the approval process for the <br />development. Once the approvals are given to the project, Robert Muir expects to start <br />construction of the project in June 2007, with completion of the first phase in the Fall of 2008. <br /> <br />PC: 07.10.06 <br /> <br />168 <br /> <br /> <br />
