Amber Ridge ~currently drains into the subject property proposed to be developed as the 2"a <br />Addition. This drainage area will have to be replaced. The development is subject to permitting <br />by the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization. <br /> <br />A tree inventory and preservation plan, dated May 15, 2006, has been submitted. There are <br />roughly fifty (50) trees on the site, a majority of which are Siberian Elms, a non-native, invasive <br />species. Approximately one-fifth of the trees on site will be preserved, including multiple Bur <br />Oaks, a Hackberry, and a couple of American Elms. Each lot is also required to have two (2) <br />trees installed in the front yard.
