Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06-07- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CUL-DE-SAC LENGTH IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF AMBER RIDGE 2m) ADDITION AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, E&G Development, LLC, (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 3(g) on the property generally located east of T.H. #47 and south of 147th Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: Outlot B, Amber Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota; (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on July 10, 2006, conducted the public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul- de-sac length requirements on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows 1. Based on Findings of Fact #0 , a variance to the 600-foot limit on the length of cul-de- sacs, as established in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 3(g) of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby granted for the development oft_he Subject Property. 2. The variance allows ;[or the extension of Argon Street N.W., terminating in a permanent cul-de-sac, for a maximum length of 1,200 feet, as measured from the origin at the intersection of 147th Lane N.W. to the end of the right-of-way of the cul-de-sac bulb. 3. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 10th day of July, 2006.
