<br />i <br /> <br />GENERAL LEASE <br /> <br />This is a lease. This Lease is dated July 12,2006. It is a legal agreement between the <br />Tenant and the Landlord to rent the property described below. The word LANDLORD as used <br />in this Lease mean~ City of Ramsey, a Minnesota Municipal Corporation, and the Landlord's <br />address is 15153 Nowthen Blvd., Ramsey, Minnesota. The word TENANT as used in this Lease <br />means Anna M. Parks, 14230 Basalt St NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This Lease is a legal contract that can be enforced in court against the Landlord or the <br />Tenant if either one of them does not comply with this Lease. <br /> <br />1. Description of Property. The Property is located at 6940 141 st Avenue St NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota in the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, on property described as <br />follows: . <br /> <br />All that part of the North 200 feet of the South 233 feet of the South Yz of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying West of <br />the Eas( 1146 feet thereof, and lying East of a line parallel with the East line of said <br />South Yz of the Southeast Quarter drawn Northerly from a point on the South line of said <br />South Yz of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 266.00 feet East of the Northwest comer <br />of Lot 1, of the duly recorded plat of Auditor's Subdivision No. 30, said Anoka County, <br />said 266 feet measured at right angles to the West line of Said Lot 1. <br /> <br />Together with an easement for road purposes over the South 33 feet of the East 1146 feet <br />of the South Vz ofthe Southeast Quarter, Anoka County, Minnesota (the '"Property"). <br /> <br />The leased Property is limited to the commercial building located on the above legally <br />described property. The Landlord reserves the right to use for its exclusive purposes the land on <br />which the said building is located and adjacent to the building, provided however, that the <br />Landlord's use shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's use ofthe property. <br /> <br />2. Term of Lease. This Lease is for a term of2 months beginning on July 12,2006, <br />and terminating on September 12,2006. <br /> <br />3. Rent. <br />a. Amount. The rent for the property is $0.00 for the 2 month term. <br /> <br />b. Payment. The rent payment must be paid on or before July 12,2006 at <br />Landlord's address. Landlord does not have to give notice to Tenant to pay the <br />rent. <br /> <br />4. Quiet Enjoyment. If Tenant pays the rent and complies with all other terms of this <br />Lease, Tenant may use the Property for the term of this Lease. <br /> <br />5. Right of Entry. Landlord and Landlord's agents may enter the Property at <br />reasonable hours to repair or inspect the Property and perform any work that Landlord decides is <br />necessary. In addition, the Landlord may show the Property to possible or new Tenants at <br />
