1I. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that such variance is necessary for the preservation of a <br />substantial property right similar to that possessed by other properties in the R-1 Rural <br />Residential District <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is denied <br />to other owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R-1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not substantially increase the congestion of public streets, <br />or increase the danger of fu'e, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair <br />property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Bawden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Ben Deemer <br />Board Member Terry Hendriksen <br />Board Member David Bawden <br />Board Member Bradley Thorud <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Board Member Patti Holland <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution declared duly adopted by therP~am <br />day of June, 1995. <br /> <br /> ' X strato/ <br /> <br />ioard of Adjustment this the 21st <br /> <br /> <br />
