o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the City has received no complaints regarding operations since the establishment of the <br />Applicant's conditional use. <br /> <br />That there are no residential properties affected by operations at the Applicant's facility. <br /> <br />That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not cause a substantial <br />increase in traffic to and from the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not cause the use to be <br />unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons working in the vicinity of the use, or <br />to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That if approved, the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not change the <br />essential character of the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not cause the need for <br />excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services and it will <br />not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br /> <br />That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not involve uses, activities, <br />processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to <br />any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, <br />noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Glen Hardin <br /> Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> Couneilmember Carolyn Beahen <br /> Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 28th day of November, 1995. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />~"A~ministrator - <br /> <br /> <br />
