This list is included in the case. . <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Skyline Partners is proposing to develop 17 bungalow-style, detached townhomes and 42 <br />attached townhomes. The property is currently zoned R-l Single-Family Residential and is <br />guided as Low Density Residential by the Comprehensive Plan. The applicants are seeking a <br />comprehensive plan amendment to re-guide the land as medium density residential in order to <br />accommodate the density that is proposed. The applicants are also seeking to rezoning to <br />Planned-Unit-Development to provide a mix of housing styles. These items are discussed in <br />respective cases. <br /> <br />Skyline Pointe proposes to develop approximately 17 acres on the southwest comer of Alpine <br />Drive and County Road 5 (NowThen Boulevard), of which 6 acres are wetland. This wetland has <br />been delineated and buffered in accordance with City Code requirements. On the remaining 11 <br />acres, the applicants propose. to develop a total of 59 units comprising of a mix of detached and <br /> <br />2 <br />
