Board Member Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g96-03-042 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT g0393 RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO MINIMUM LOT SIZE FOR NON- RIPARIAN LOTS ON A RECREATIONAL DEVELOPMENT LAKE WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance from Section 9.21.04 of the Ramsey City Code to plat non-riparian lots on Grass (Sunfish) lake (Protected Water #2-113) at less than the required 15,000 square feet. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Applicant appeared before the Board of Adjustment for a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code on March 4, 1996, and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as a part of these findings by reference.
