Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-03-058 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO BRANDSETH WHEREAS, Edson Investment Family Limited Partnership, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter of Section 24; thence East, assumed bearing, along the North line of said Southwest Quarter for a distance of 870 feet; thence South 25 degrees East for a distance of 165.5 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence West and parallel with said Noah line of the Southwest Quarter to the West line of said Southwest Quarter;, thence Southerly along said West line to a point distant 362.80 feet North of the intersection of said West line with the centerline of 152nd Avenue Northwest according to the plat of Gorham's Addition extended Westerly; thence East at right angles to said West line for a distance of 140 feet; thence Northeasterly to a point hereinafter known as Point A, said Point A being located distant 199 feet Noah of a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of said 152nd Avenue Northwest said 199 feet being measured parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter and said point on said Northerly right-of-way line being 220 feet Northeasterly as measured along said right-of-way line from the intersection of said right-of-way line with a line parallel with and 140 feet Easterly of the West line of said Southwest Quarter, thence South and parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter to an intersection with a line parallel with and distant 150 feet Northwesterly from said Northerly right-of-way line of said 152nd Avenue Northwest; thence Northeasterly along said parallel line to an intersection with a line drawn at right angles to said parallel line and passing through a point on said Northerly right-of-way line distant 605 feet Southwesterly of the Southwest comer of Lot 2 of Block 1 of said Gorham's Addition; thence Northwesterly at right angles to said parallel line for a distance of 183 feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with said Northerly right-of-way line to an intersection with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence Northwesterly along said centerline to an intersection with a line drawn parallel with the North line of said Southwest Quarter and passing through the point of beginning; thence to the point of beginning. The west 466.00 feet of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;, thence East on the north line thereof for a distance of 870 feet to the Westerly line of Public Road now known as State Highway No. 47; thence South 25 degrees East along the said Westerly line of said Public Highway for a distance of 165.50 feet; thence West and parallel with the said north line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter for a distance of 939.9 feet to the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;, thence North for a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning.
