That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, thence East on the north line thereof for a distance of 870 feet to the Westerly line of Public Road now known as State Highway No. 47; thence South 25 degrees East along the said Westerly line of said Public Highway for a distance of 165.50 feet; thence West and parallel with the said north line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter for a distance of 939.9 feet to the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, thence North for a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT the west 466.00 feet thereof. That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Northerly line of 152nd Avenue Northwest, according to the plat of Gorham's Addition, extended Westerly, said point being 305.00 feet Westerly measured along the Northerly line of said 152nd Avenue Northwest from the Southwest comer of Block 1, of said Gorham's Addition, thence Northerly at fight angles 150.00 feet, thence Easterly at fight angles 100.00 feet, thence Northerly at right angles 10.00 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described, thence Westerly at right angles 200.00 feet, thence Southerly at fight angles 10.00 feet, thence Westerly at fight angles 200.00 feet, thence Northerly at right angles 183.00 feet, thence Easterly at right angles 400.00 feet, thence Southerly at fight angles 173.00 feet to the point of beginning. hereinafter referred to as "Subject Property". AND WHEREAS, on September 5, 1995, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan for Brandseth; and WHEREAS, on September 14, 1995, the Park and Recreation Commission met and determined that park dedication shall consist of a cash contribution; and WHEREAS, on December 5, 1995, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and on February 6, 1995 recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, on February 13, 1996, the City Council granted preliminary plat approval to the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Brandseth in accordance with relevnat City Codes. 2) That the Developer shall enter into a development agreement with the City RESOLUTION g96-03-058 Page 2 of 3
